Editor’s Guidelines

The editorial board members are responsible for publishing quality manuscripts received from authors on concerned subjects. The credibility of published articles completely depends on the effective peer reviewing process. Hence, editors are the chief support for International Journal of Diagnostics and Research (IJDR). Reputation of the journal is enhanced by the presence of eminent editors.

Roles And Responsibilities

1] Editors must always try to set higher standards for the journal.

2] Editors should take sustain initiatives to educate researchers and young scholars about publication policies and ethics.

3]  Editors should actively look for the views of associate editors, authors, readers, reviewers and editorial board members about ways of improving their journal's content.

4] Editorial board members should give their valuable suggestions for organizational progress.

5] Editors can review submitted manuscripts based on the availability time, if time does not allow reviewing the manuscript, editors can suggest other reviewers.

6] Editorial Team must look for written consent from the individual, for the confidential record to qualify for publishing.

7] Editorial Team should ensure proper trail certificates and IEC clearance certificate.

8] The editorial board members must assure that published content is original.

9] The editorial board members must assure reliability of the author's work, so there must be proper citation and the original source of the content should be named.

10] The final decision regarding modification, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript rests solely with the editor.

 

Benefits of being Editor

1] Editors can be promoted as senior editor and executive editor in the concerned journal based on their active participation and on experience.

2] Based on their contributions and efficiency, editors may be given chance to serve as a prominent member of the advisory board.

3] Editors will be given highest priority in all the events that are organized by IJDR Journal.

4] Articles submitted by editors will be published on priority basis also the fee will be waived.

5] Editors shall be honored as chair /co-chairperson for any conferences organized by IJDR.

 

 

Associate Editor Guidelines

Without Associate Editors it is impossible to maintain high standards of peer-reviewed journals. Associate editor is responsible for publishing quality manuscripts received from authors on concerned subjects.

 

Roles And Responsibilities

1] Editorial board Members of International Journal of Diagnostics And Research (IJDR) Journal are responsible for publishing quality manuscripts received from authors on concerned subjects.

2] Associate Editors can review submitted manuscripts based on their feasible time, if time does not allow reviewing the manuscript Editors can suggest other reviewers

3]  Associate Editors must check the validity of scientific facts stated and the criticism of the manuscript should be left Open for all to decide.

4] Associate Editor will look after any confidential data regarding the task.

5]  Associate Editor should educate researchers and young scholars about publication ethics.
